John Early	Traveling for over 13 years has taught me the importance of giving back to the local people and communities that are at the foundation of the countries I love. Of all the places and projects around the world, Integral Heart has set the bar for what it means to take dedicated volunteers and limited budgets to maximize create visible change and positive uplift for those that need it most.  Sharing love and support through healthy meals, English classes, music, yoga, meditation and simply a place people can go to feel at home. It has been a treat to see and be part of this amazing team and continue to put all proceeds from my book towards this beautiful initiative.  Gracias a todos!
